I scheduled her to do a bun in my mom’s hair. It came out elegant and beautiful. Mom was happy and so was I. The ac was in the process of being repaired that day so it was a little hot.

From the moment I reached out to Cheslie, she went above and beyond. She first connected with me via message, then took the time to speak with me over the phone to address all my concerns. Since this was my toddler’s very first hair appointment, I was a bit anxious, but she immediately put me at ease and reassured me that my baby would be in great hands. Booking the appointment and making the deposit was seamless.

When I arrived, I was greeted by a spotless, beautifully decorated suite. Cheslie welcomed me with a selection of beverages and snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. During the consultation, she was incredibly patient and gentle with my toddler. Winning the trust of a little one can be a challenge, but she handled it with so much care and professionalism that my toddler actually enjoyed the experience and loved his hair!

The appointment was such a success that I decided to get my own hair done as well, with my toddler still present. Cheslie’s patience shined through as she even allowed me time to put my baby down for a nap in his stroller. We were fortunate to book a day and time that gave us the flexibility to truly enjoy the process without feeling rushed.

The products Cheslie used worked wonders on my toddler’s very dry hair, leaving it hydrated and healthy. I was so impressed that I purchased her organically made, natural, chemical-free products to take home.

Overall, my experience was nothing short of amazing. Cheslie exceeded all of my expectations, her professionalism, warmth, and talent speak for themselves. She is also very reasonably priced. MY WIFE'S HAIR WAS SHADING BEFORE FINDING THIS SALON, AFTER STARDING THE HAIR TREATMENT WITH THEM, IT'S LIKE A MIRACLE, HER HAIR STOPPED SHADING. THEY REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON.
